The second day of Camp began with iCare morning assembly, where  Miss Sid introduced us to the days topic which was the "3 S's of money". This was followed by a great morning skit by Team 360.

Once the opening ceremonies concluded, the campers went to Team Time and began discussions about money. Campers learned what the 3 S's of money are; Spend, Save, and Share. They learned about how to spend their money wisely, and how they can share it effectively. They also learned about needs vs. wants during this time.

The campers continued working on their donor boards and their "Genius Zone" eBoards.

Our guest speakers were from Bancorp South. At the Auburn Unit we had Alexis Segrest and at the Opelika Unit we were joined by Robert Willams. They gave the campers insight about what a bank does and about the importance of the 3 S's of money. They both ended their time with the campers with a fun activity which was making our own "piggy banks" to help us save our money!
